Step by-step instructions

• Push any button on the kiosk to wake up the screen
• Push the “Rent a bike” button
• Insert your credit card or debit card
• Choose how many bikes you’d like—up to 4
• Select the Day Pass or 3-Day Pass
• Print your ride code that you’ll enter to unlock your bike(s)
• Pick out your bike(s)—do not use any docks with red lights
• Use the keypad on the bike dock(s) to enter the ride code within 5 minutes
• When the green light appears on the dock, unlock the bike by lifting the seat or pulling backwards on the handlebars

Enjoy your ride

Take as many 30-minute rides as you want while your pass is active! The first 30 minutes of each ride is included in the base price of the pass. Extra usage fees apply after 30 minutes.

To end a ride, return your bike to any one of the 200 stations with an open dock and insert the bike into the dock. A green light appears on the dock and locks the bike in the dock.

To ride again, insert the same credit card or debit card into the station kiosk to receive a new ride code. Take as many 30-minute rides as you want while your pass is active.
