Step 2
Take your barcode to any 7-Eleven, CVS, or Family Dollar to make a payment in cash.
Step 3
Your Tugo membership packet will be mailed to you within a week.
Step 4
Keep your pass active by paying your next billing cycle and any usage fee's at any 7-Eleven, CVS, or Family Dollar.
